General Manager Ryan was born and raised in Montana and moved to Maui in 2000. He worked his way up from a Busser position in 2001 and became General Manager in 2005. Ryan is an avid outdoorsman and surfer. 
Manager Michael, also known as MSM, started working with Aaron Placourakis in 1976 and opened Nick's Fishmarket in Chicago in 1977. He moved to Maui in 1998 to open Nick's Fishmarket Maui at the Fairmont Kea Lani Maui in 1998. In 2001 he was on the opening crew here at Sarento's on the Beach. Michael loves to golf all of the courses on Maui with a 5 handicap. 
Chef Better known as JC, is a father of two. Born in Texas, JC grew up in Mexico with a family who loved food. Many of his childhood memories are around the table and in the kitchen with loved ones. JC began learning his profession at a young age, in his family’s restaurant.
