Michael, also known as MSM, started working with Aaron Placourakis in 1976 and opened Nick's Fishmarket in Chicago in 1977. He moved to Maui in 1998 to open Nick's Fishmarket Maui at the Fairmont Kea Lani Maui in 1998. In 2001 he was on the opening crew here at Sarento's on the Beach. Michael loves to golf all of the courses on Maui with a 5 handicap.
